Based on the "62GS modern design model", which is a modern design of the first mechanical model "62GS" with automatic winding, released in 1967, this model with a dial reflects the changing seasons characteristic of Japan.
The dial pattern symbolizes the petals of cherry blossoms scattered in the wind, covering the water surface of the river, during the vernal equinox, one of the twenty-four seki.
The mechanism is based on the 9R65 manual drive, which was assembled by experienced craftsmen at the Takumi Combo factory from Shinshu Toki
