This is a wristwatch equipped with a mechanical movement with manual winding "Caliber 9SA4" with 10 vibrations, which was created for the first time in almost 50 years.
In accordance with the design grammar of the Evolution 9 "Evolution 9 style" collection, the design of the watch has been updated by carefully reducing the width of the straps, bezel and tags, and the result is an elegant model suitable for exquisite hand-wound watches. The case of the Evolution 9 watch has a thin thickness of 9.95 mm, and the center of gravity is shifted to achieve maximum comfort in the Evolution 9 collection.
The case material is "Shiny solid titanium", which is about 2 times stronger than standard stainless steel and scratch-resistant, while having the same lightness as ordinary titanium. It is a whiter and more beautiful material than ordinary titanium, and thanks to polishing by an experienced craftsman using Zalatsu polishing technology, it gives the Grand Seiko watches a high-quality shine.
The 9SA4 hand-wound movement operates at a high frequency of 10 vibrations per second, which ensures stable accuracy and a long service life of up to 80 hours.
